SINOPSIS: "Umbral" es un documental autobiográfico realizado por una madre que sigue la transición de género de su hijo, captando las diversas fases por las que pasa en una profunda búsqueda de su identidad. Al mismo tiempo, la madre, revelada detrás de la cámara a través de su voz hablando con su hijo y a través de una narración en primera persona apagada, pasa ella misma por un proceso de transformación requerido por la situación que la vida le presenta.

"Threshold" is an autobiographical documentary made by a mother who follows the gender transition of her adolescent son: between 2016 and 2019 she interviews him addressing the conflicts, certainties and uncertainties that pervade him in a deep search for his identity. At the same time, the mother, revealed through a first-person narration and by her voice behind the camera that talks to her son, also goes through a process of transformation required by the situation that life presents her with by breaking old paradigms, facing fears and dismantling prejudices.

Niña Mamá

SINOPSIS: "Niña mamá" retrata desde los consultorios de hospitales públicos del conurbano bonaerense a adolescentes embarazadas, que recién parieron o que están internadas por abortos inseguros y clandestinos. En diálogo con los equipos de salud, dejan entrever las tensiones de estas maternidades forzadas y el choque de la realidad con sus deseos. Mientras se les exige que cuiden, ¿quiénes cuidarán de ellas?

"Niña mamá" portrays from the offices of public hospitals in the buenos aires conurbation pregnant adolescents, who have just given birth or who are hospitalized for unsafe and clandestine abortions. In dialogue with the health teams, they hint at the tensions of these forced maternities and the clash of reality with their desires. While they are required to care, who will take care of them?

La’NamQom (Estoy aquí y ahora)

SINOPSIS: Magia y realidad se funden en una comunidad que lucha por proteger su territorio. Marginado y empobrecido, el pueblo Qom, se reconoce como el último guardián del monte y parte fundamental del ecosistema que habita. A través de su propia voz, los protagonistas nos invitan a un viaje donde indígena y naturaleza se confunden en un único y trágico destino. La’NamQom [estoy aquí y ahora] escapa de la narrativa tradicional para adentrarse en la vida y pensamiento de la comunidad como un rompecabezas de imágenes y palabras que el espectador deberá resolver.

Magic and reality merge into an south american natives community that struggles to protect its territory. Marginalized and impoverished, the Qom people recognize themselves as the ultimate guardian of the forest and a fundamental part of the ecosystem they inhabit. Through their own voice, the protagonists invite us to a trip where indigenous and nature are mixed up in a single and tragic fate. La’NamQom [I am right here, right now] escapes the traditional narrative to get into the life and thought of the aboriginal community to understand communion beetween humans and nature.

El MalEditado

SINOPSIS: Daro, un editor audiovisual conflictivo que trabaja en una productora local, saca ventaja sobre un compañero sin sospechar que sus actos desembocarán en un caos internacional. Debido al odio que genera, será víctima de un extraño maleficio que transformará su vida en una mala edición. Daro tendrá que revertir la situación antes de que sea demasiado tarde.

Daro, a conflicted audiovisual editor who works for a local production company, takes advantage of a colleague without suspecting that his actions will lead to international chaos. Because of the hatred it generates, he will fall victim to a strange curse that will transform his life into a bad edit. Daro will have to reverse the situation before it's too late.

El Maestro/The Teacher

SINOPSIS: Años noventa, Natalio es un apasionado maestro de pueblo. Da clases particulares a Miguel, el hijo de su empleada. Cuando Juani, un amigo de Natalio, llega a vivir al pueblo, los habitantes confirman los rumores sobre su homosexualidad. Los padres, molestos por las actitudes del maestro quitan a sus hijos de la obra de teatro. Natalio elige a Miguel para interpretar al protagonista, lo que molesta a Hugo, su padrastro, que no acepta la estrecha relación de Miguel con el maestro. Los padres hostigan a la directora para que Natalio no siga al frente del aula.

The nineties, Natalio is a passionate town teacher. He gives private lessons to Miguel, the son of his employee. When Juani, a friend of Natalio comes to live in the town, the habitants confirm the rumors about his homosexuality. Parents upset by the teacher's attitudes remove their children from the play. Natalio chooses Miguel to play the protagonist, which annoys Hugo, his stepfather, who doesn´t accept Miguel's close relationship with the teacher. The parents harass the principal so that Natalio doesn´t continue in front of the classroom.
